要发现GitHub上的codecotributios很很容易，但其它的呢？Octohat可以查出GitHub项目上无代码贡献的用户。
Octohat中输入一个githubrepo名字，它会回复一串和GitHub项目有互动，但又没有提交代码的GitHub用户。交互包括：
在一个issue上raisig或者commetig
在一个pullrequest上raisig或者commetig
对一个commit进行commetig
