项目描述
香港特别行政区境内的城市轨道交通项目3B期 ，是內部运营使用，分为排班、大修、基础数据三个模块，排班是地铁每天出辆那些车及这些车都在哪个班车运行，大修是列车到达一定里程数就要维修
具体模块：
排班：
3B：
yardSheet页面、timeTable页面、mileageyardSheet页面、mileageMonitoring页面、trackAttribute页面等，适
配新增加的TML线路，新增timeTableCalendar页面、trafficNotification页面
一二期优化：
大修模块预警邮件、YardSheet、设置默认车厂、Track Attribute Setting偏好设置、历史yardsheet排班信息、
YardSheet页面iocn提示、验证AM的排车在PM是否收车
